Photos and account data
Photos are stored privately and shared with our video generation provider through a limited-time link, only to make the video you request. After a completed or rejected generation, the input photo is deleted. Unfinished requests are removed within seven days. Videos remain available in your account until you ask us to delete them. Email and password credentials are handled by our authentication service. Do not upload sensitive documents.
Site statistics
The site does not load third-party analytics or advertising scripts. We keep basic first-party event records, such as sign-ins and generation status, to run the service. We never include your photos or password in these records. Admin pages are excluded.
Privacy questions and deletion requests
Email support@bicepheart.pro for questions about your data or to request account, photo or video deletion. Use your account email and include any relevant job ID so we can locate the data and verify ownership. Never send passwords or sign-in codes.
