Video help
Q1Why did my video fail to generate?+
Usually the photo couldn’t pass the video model’s automatic checks. The most common reasons:
- Too much skin showing — Photos taken shirtless, in swimwear or at bath time are often blocked automatically, even when they’re completely innocent.
- The face is hard to see — It’s very small, blurry, turned away, or covered by sunglasses, a hat or a mask.
- More than one person in the photo — The video works with one person facing the camera.
- Screenshots or heavily edited images — Filters, stickers or text over the face can confuse the model.
For the best result, use a clear, well-lit photo of one fully clothed person, waist-up or chest-up, looking at the camera. Then upload it again.
Q2Do I lose credits when a video fails?+
No. Credits for a failed video are returned automatically, so you can change the photo and try again. If it keeps failing, email us with the task ID from My videos.
