# Bicep Heart

> Bicep Heart (https://bicepheart.pro) is a browser tool that turns one photo of a person into an AI bicep heart trend video: the person flexes their biceps and forms a heart with their arms, in a ~12-second vertical 9:16 clip.

The bicep heart trend (also called biceps heart or flex heart, tagged #bicepheart) is a short-video trend where someone flexes their biceps and then joins their bent arms into a heart shape. Bicep Heart generates that move from a single photo with AI. The person does not need visible muscle in the photo: the AI is instructed to give the arms visible bicep muscle while keeping the face, hair and clothes from the photo. Results vary between clips.
